I watched on as Nero burnt down the city that I so loved, both horrified and enthralled. His song held no hint of sadness or regret. He did not play for Rome. He did not play for me. It was purely a self-serving melody. He was a man that would only live for himself. As I tried to sort through my conflicting emotions, realization hit me. I wanted to be him. There was something deep down in me that was the same, and it excited me. I wanted to see Rome burn. I understood that there was no future in this. There would be no happy endings. All roads led here, after all. I didn't care. I still wanted it.

here's a sample of a new comic idea i had. it's about a cavegirl named Fee and her white Mammoth, Peepo. my friends know how much i love the mammoths. as pointed out to me by my bro Eric... i should have made it take place on Swamp Planet. how right he is.

i've been trying out Champions Online, and i made a character named "Ego"
her nemesis is going to be "The Widow" (once i get around to creating him). i doubt he'll be as cool in videogame-form, but i'll try.
